Donor Privacy Policy

The Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy of both our online and offline donors. We deeply value the relationships we build with those who support our mission of service, compassion, and impact across the Emerald Coast.

To protect the privacy of our donors and to remain faithful stewards of the contributions entrusted to us, we have developed this privacy policy to ensure our donors that their information will not be shared with any third party.

This policy applies to both online and offline donors.

The Foundation may collect and maintain the following types of donor information:

Contact Information:
Name, organization (if applicable), complete mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Method of Donation:
Credit card, check, cash, electronic transfer, gift-in-kind, or other forms of charitable contribution.

General Information:
This may include how you learned about Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation, events attended, volunteer involvement, follow-up communication, questions, comments, suggestions, requests for information, interest in future giving opportunities, or a request not to be solicited.

We do not trade our donor lists with other organizations, nor do we sell our donor lists to any third party.

No Sharing of Personal Information

The Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation will not share our donors’ personal information — including email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers — with any other organization. We do not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

All donor information is kept confidential and used solely for the internal purposes of Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation, including acknowledgment of gifts, recordkeeping, and communication related to our mission and programs.

Anonymous Giving

We offer donors the option to be recognized anonymously in any publications, events, or acknowledgments.

Donor Preferences & Removal Requests

Donors may request:

• Not to be solicited in the future

• Not to receive mailings or electronic communications

• Removal from any active contact lists

• Removal of personal information from our records

We honor all such requests promptly and respectfully.

Beyond financial contributions, Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation fosters hands-on involvement by encouraging REALTORS® to actively participate in volunteer opportunities, outreach initiatives, and collaborative community partnerships.
